Inline images appear on separate lines

Describe the bug

Inline images are displaying on separate lines instead on the same line as the surrounding text.

This syntax:

* Go to the Timeline bar (which is at the bottom of most pages), click the ![Add new button](../../../images/security-add-new-timeline-button.png "title =20x20") button, then click **Create new Timeline template**. 

Renders like this in the HTML output:

Expected behavior

Images should display on the same line of the text.
