Links to Logstash versioned plugins don't resolve

Describe the bug

Links to Logstash versioned plugins don't resolve. It's strange because there are no errors for links in either the table of contents or links from Markdown files.

Example: https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/asciidocalypse/tree/main/logstash-docs/docs/reference/integration-elastic_enterprise_search-index

Clicking the links in the image below didn't go anywhere (got a 403 in console) and going to the direct URL resulted in the XML saying AccessDenied. I think it could be related to there being a . in the file name (and therefore in the URL?) because the items under this page in the table of contents don't work either.

Expected behavior

I should be able to go to https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/asciidocalypse/tree/main/logstash-docs/docs/reference/v3.0.1-plugins-integrations-elastic_enterprise_search and see the a rendered page containing the content in this file.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/asciidocalypse/tree/main/logstash-docs/docs/reference/integration-elastic_enterprise_search-index
2. Click any link below it in the table of contents
3. Click on any link in the table
4. Try to go to the direct URL

Appending /index.html works.
