Automatic updates to standalone Kubernetes configurations in templates.d/ no longer working

The automated job that is used to update the reference standalone Kubernetes configurations in the deploy/kubernetes/elastic-agent-standalone/templates.d directory hasn’t run in 6 months.

#6500 from Jan 10th is the last update in the history at https://github.com/elastic/elastic-agent/commits/main/deploy/kubernetes/elastic-agent-standalone/templates.d

I suspect that this should have a block like the following but it doesn't
