ElasticsearchResurrect fails to resurrect ElasticCloud cluster

Summary of problem or feature request

The ping method of ElasticsearchResurrect sends unauthenticated HEAD requests. This fails if the cluster is deployed on ElasticCloud, resulting in the cluster being permanently unreachable within the same process.

Sorry for the delay. This issue is related to elastic-transport-php. I just created the issue in the repo: elastic/elastic-transport-php#40.
