Icons not displaying

I love your product however the icons keep disappearing and the only way I've found to get them to reappear is by using the "Update information" button within HACS. This happens every time I load my dashboard from any one of my devices using Chrome or the native Android App. I've followed the knowledge article and checked in an incognito window but it still happens.
