Add Ruby Version Matrix for Testing Compatibility #32
Description
Currently, the project is tested only against Ruby version 3.3.5. However, older Ruby versions are still supported, and their compatibility is not being verified. A testing matrix should be added to the GitHub Actions workflow to ensure the project works correctly across all supported Ruby versions.
