Synapse issues wish list

Here is a list of issues on Synapse project that Element Android (and probably other clients) is expecting to be fixed.

P1

• Changing displayname is catastrophically slow. (SYN-311) matrix-org/synapse#1297
• Synapse is a bit confused when searching for messages which have been edited matrix-org/synapse#8686

P2

• No email confirmation is sent when email notifications are enable or disable matrix-org/synapse#10937
• Synapse does not tell the clients when it runs out of OTKs matrix-org/synapse#10484
• Creating a room with invitees from non-federated HS fails, but the room is created though. matrix-org/synapse#8137

P3

• Changing display name trigger a device change matrix-org/synapse#9392
• When submitting a wrong token to validate a phone number the error is not correct matrix-org/synapse#8218
• Troubleshoot Push notification matrix-org/synapse#8136
• /messages takes ages to back-paginate through private history visibility matrix-org/synapse#13128

Will require some extra work
