Obsidian Annotator breaks Better PDF Plugin #136

When annotator and Better PDF Plugin are installed at the same time, Better PDF will not render "pdf" blocks.

I understand, that Better PDF may be at fault here, I already opened an issue at their repo, I am posting this here, as I am not proficient enough in Typescript to understand what's causing the issue.
