Hello,

I have one Whatsapp API that send messages using HTTP GET like:

https://api.mysite.com/wpp.php?apikey=xxxxxxxx&phone+55000111112222&text=My+message+goes+here

In the message, need to use functions like "urlencode" to sanitize and convert chars to html text.
