Fix ‘!NILP (Vpurify_flag)’ assertion failure during temacs bootstrap

The recent changes to src/casefiddle.c cause build failure as seen
below:

Qtitlecase, Qspecial_uppercase, Qspecial_lowercase and
Qspecial_titlecase.
