semiotic-mark is missing in package.json

Hello Elijah,

I tried to do a fresh install from the semiotic-examples repo and after running npm install and then npm start, I was getting compilation error that semiotic-mark is missing for file Annotation.js under src folder. I installed the semiotic-mark package from the npm website and the repo compiled successfully.

Can you please update the package.json to include the missing package?or Can I Submit a pull request to update the same?

I am using windows 10 system with node version 8.5.0 and npm version 5.6.0

Oh dang, thanks for catching that I must have installed it locally. I just updated the repo but in the future feel free to do a PR.
