Redirect for URLs

The target URL should be a redirect URL. This requires a new table with unique random token (used in redirect URL) to final URL, and a field marking that the user did visit URL. This allows us to know when the Participant clicked the link, and potentially to block other participants to reuse this link (link sharing).
