Changelog is out sync

4.0.1 was released a week ago. The file Changelog.md does not reflect this release and new entries like this one keeps on being added to the 4.0.1 section. It is now hard to know what is and is not part of 4.0.1.

As a side note, I wished there was a mechanism to know when a new version is released. Creating a Release entry on GitHub would go a long way (since you can be notified when a new release is added). This is how I get notified on new ImGui releases for example. I currently have to check regularly the main page Changelog (and in this instance it is not accurate) unless there is some other way I am unaware of.
