failed to add reference #64
Description
$ java -jar cramtools-3.0.jar bam -I lucky.cram -R human_g1k_v37.fasta -O lucky.bam
Adding ref pattern: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/cram/md5/%s
why it still add ref pattern after I specified reference?
