Tutorial for CRAM tools #76
Description
I ran the qstat command on .cram file. I have no clue what to be interpreted from the output. Is there a tutorial or explanation of the terms or the CRAMtools command output/ interpretation? The following is what I got from qstats . What do the number and the letters/symbols mean?

Also, wonderin ..reconverting CRAM to BAM will result in any loss of information? The files do not seem to be the same size? If there is loss of information, how would that effect analysis ?
