Forthcoming changes to feature tables page seems no longer maintained

It's great this exists! Unfortunately, it seems to no longer be maintained. The last update was in 2021, and there definitely have been changes to the feature table, e.g. /country -> /geo_loc_name update (https://ncbiinsights.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2023/12/14/update-genbank-qualifier/)

The text currently states "All planned changes to the Feature Table will be detailed here." - this is hence no longer true:

There are two options:

1. Remove the page so as not to give false assurance about planned changes being listed there
2. Maintain it again
