MD5 file in XML file for submission #52

According to the written documentation it should be possible to not specify the MD5 sum inside the XML file used for submission.
When reading the documentation at https://github.com/enasequence/read_docs/blob/master/submit/reads/programmatic.rst#run-xml-bam it is unclear what fields need to be added, or can I just remove the md5 part? Could such an example be added to the documentation?

I am asking this as when generating the XML files we cannot calculate the md5 sum as the application converts the metadata to the XML format but has no access to the raw data files themselves. We can however generate the md5 files and upload it to the ftp server.

However when doing that it states that it cannot find the checksum file.

In run, alias:"run_MBBR_10-3", accession:"", In filename:"MBBR_10-3_r.fastq.gz", filetype:"fastq". Missing checksum in XML or checksum file.

On the ftp server:

MBBR_10-3_r.fastq.gz
MBBR_10-3_r.fastq.gz.md5
