Your documentation reads: “It is recommended that for all MAG submissions, all lower level assemblies are submitted first”. Are “lower level assemblies'' referring to MAGs pre-dereplication? If that’s the case, can you make that explicit? If that’s not the case, what is meant by “lower level”?
