The Maximum Entropy Principle (MEP) is a useful tool for estimating probabilities.
Describe the solution you'd like
The probabilities are not properly implemented in the dot (backend) package and this implementation of the MEP only refers to the service layer. Connection to the DB and exposition to the frontend are set to out of the scope of the present issue.
