Proposal: a AI-powered personalization of New Week-in-Ethereum

• Step 1: AI-generated extraction of news-items (We are already done)

• Step 2: What to personalize? the user's (most precious) attention

  • Headline of Newsletter
  • TL;DR of Newsletter
  • Ranking of the news-items

• Step 3: How to personalize (how do we know user preference?)

  • Consider many are using Ethereum Name Service (ENS) names, such as https://app.ens.domains/vitalik.eth?tab=records and some may provide their Github account, we can use that to gauge interest and generate personalization for them. Such information are publicly released by user themselves so using them is easier and more privacy-friendly.
  • We could also consider use Ethereum Follow Protocol as a way to accept public subscription
