Editor UI changes for file management

• to the right of the project title field, add save button
• to the right of that, add share button

In the file menu, we can remove:

open...
save

Also, completely remove localStorage saving. If you control+s a project while not logged in, it goes to localStorage and we have no way to retrieve it later.
