IMAP doesn't refresh after initialization

Describe the bug
After imap:createIntegration IMAP isn't updated until the plugin-imap-api daemon is restarted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup IMAP w/ channel
2. Observe unseen emails in Team Inbox
3. Send new email to IMAP connection
4. (Optional) wait for a few weeks
5. Observe lack of new email

Expected behavior
Messages should be updated every few minutes to allow for timely responses
