What is the max. current i can use on the v3.3 pins ?

Around 100mA. The voltage regulator can supply 150mA, but then the chip itself might draw up to 35mA...

Is VBAT directly routed to USB or Batterie ?

There's a bunch of info on the power supply circuit here: www.espruino.com/EspruinoBoard

It's routed via a 1 Amp thermal fuse, and in USB's case, a diode.
