I can't connect to puck js

Hello!
Problem: I can't connect to puck js
I select the desired device from the list.
when trying to connect, the message "Connection Failed: NetworkError: Connection Error: Connection attempt failed" appears.
and the connection is not happening!
Important information:

1 I use a web ide
2 hard reset (https://www.espruino.com/Puck.js#hard-reset) - I did, but it doesn't help
3 Other puck js - connect, everything is ok

5 everything worked well. I studied the work of NRF. and at some point, it stopped connecting.

Could it be that another device nearby is trying to auto-connect to the Puck, and is connecting before your PC gets a chance?

What were you doing with the Puck before you had the problem?

Also it could always just be because of a flat battery?

You are my savior! The Bluetooth adapter was paired for some reason with puck.js . deleted the connection - now everything is working!Thank you!
