"-->Bluetooth" on Boot, but Bluetooth Not Working, After iOS Integration / Reset

Setting up a (new to me) Bangle.js2 ; it was going great for about 3-4 hours, paired to app store, upgraded to fw2.25 , downloaded a bunch of apps, ran them... all was well.

Then, I did iOS Integration. After installing nrf toolkit, the iOS Integration worked, all went well with that (got Messages notifications instantly on the Bangle. Great! )

Then, with my watch still paired to phone (first mistake, I realize, as docs say to unpair first)...
I tried to connect to app store. Nothing. Then iPhone was unpaired, still nothing.
I've now gone as far as resetting to factory defaults (fw 2.13, for me).... still no ability to pair to app store, or iphone.
The bangle can't seem to connect to anything via bluetooth anymore.

Maybe the strangest part is, after factory reset and after clean boot, the bangle continues to show:
"-> Bluetooth"...
DOesn't this mean something is connecting to the bluetooth of the bangle?? But my phone is off! And computer!!
And if I try to connect, nothing happens...
