Label not displaying on profile.

Hi,

I seen your post on your labeler and I've been trying to get the labeling to work for longer than I care to admit.

The endpoint is available here:

It's a fork of your project and I have stepped through the required steps in the Readme and I have the labeler running on a server. It appears to be labeling correctly, removes labels but the labels don't appear on my profile:

Is there something obvious I am missing here? Apologies, typescript is not my forte
