We tested transaction by code or metamask wallet, all got same result:insufficient funds for gas * price. |

It sounds like incorrect gas scalar parameters are set on L1. Do you have the deploy-config.json file that you used to deploy the chain and the address of the deployed L1 contracts? |

Can you try calling
setGasConfigfunction in SystemConfigProxy: https://sepolia.etherscan.io/address/0x693735721A93fe6d59E9a08f6e620ec1300A3a4A#writeProxyContractAnd wait for a few minutes and try again to see if infinite gas price problem is solved or not
