I wanted to top up my web3 usdt wallet Bybit on the Opimism network, but because of the inconvenient interface, I thought that the Usdt coin address contract was my personal wallet and sent the funds there.

long in short,usdt is a genesis contract deployed with the chain itself, and no one has permission to control it
