can you specify what changes i might have to do to build this ?

i just checked, now deploy a new chain outside of exist superchain seems easier than before,but you still need to try it yourself. in the past there was 2 issue we receive from other devs
1:dev runs the op stack chain on their local testnet,but the testnet was POW or something, which caused the problem
2:the old op stack chain deploy requires the L1 factory contract with a fixed address, but the deployment calldata provided at that time did not include the chain ID, which means you need to disable the relevant RPC protections on your own chain in order to deploy.But now we have op-deployer,which can let you deploy new superchain outside of exist L1 more easily,so should be fine.
