Add replacement grant directory resources to community grants page #17712

Summary
PR #17709 removed three broken links from the community grants page. This leaves the "For all grant seekers: Comprehensive directories" section with only one entry (Karma Funding Map).
We should research and add one or two reliable grant aggregators to fill that gap.
Candidates to evaluate
- Etherscan Grant Directory -- Curated grant list on a well-known Ethereum block explorer. Likely the most reliable option.
- RockNBlock Blockchain Grants List -- Comprehensive list updated for 2026, though it's a blog post rather than a living directory and could go stale.
- FindBlockchainGrants.com -- Dedicated Web3 grant finder, but had an expired SSL cert as of March 2026. Monitor before adding.
- blockchaingrants.org -- Previously listed but removed in Remove broken links from community grants page #17709 due to SSL cert mismatch. Still indexed by search engines as active with 500+ grants. Could be re-added if SSL is fixed.
Recommendation
Etherscan's directory is the safest immediate addition -- it's a trusted, maintained Ethereum-ecosystem resource. The others should be verified before adding.
