Create the guest/anonymous user account.

I think it's cool to be able to check the board out without having to create an account. However, some strict limitations must exist. For instance, no ability to post to external message networks. Perhaps, maybe being unable to view those networks all together. I want to respect member privacy while still allowing some form of experience for guest/anonymous users.

Would also be neat if members of euphoria could opt to "block" their existence from anonymous/guest users.
