First available account selection, for redirect mode #312
Description
A feature to select the first first account out a list that is not expired and its max connection are not exceeded, and redirect that account to the user, and not check the remaining accounts.
If there is more then on account on tuliprox, and one of the user is already using one of the accounts, that account should not be checked to avoid unnecessary requests to the iptv provider.
