FR: Option to disable HLS streaming

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tuliprox supports HLS, but HLS streams are not compatible with the stream share feature of Tuliprox.

Describe the solution you'd like:
An option to disable HLS streams (globally, or maybe better(?): per user)

Additional nice to have:
Maybe show a custom video response (TS format) when a client tries to stream in HLS format
