leap and hello-world appear twice on website #33
Description
In the root config.json, the uuid for an exercise should never change. https://exercism.org/tracks/free-pascal/exercises shows me two Hello World exercises. I assume that was because I solved Hello World long ago, and then the uuid changed in commit cd714570 Ronaldo Ferreira de Lima 2025-09-30. Perhaps an Exercism admin (Erik or Jeremy) needs to remove the old uuid from a database.
I also see two Leap exercises, both Available, I haven't started either of them.
