create-react-app doesn't work

whenever I try to run create-react-app my pc gets stuck at a point show in the picture below.I have tried running it with firewall off but nothing happened.

Looks like this one is more of a node binary issue on Windows than a create-react-app issue. Good news is you're not the only one.

This issue has been reported at facebook/react#17196 and nodejs/help#2684

TLDR:
You can try switching to a 32-bit node binary or resume the suspended process from your Resource Monitor.
