[Android][Old Architecture] selectable property does not work on <Text> Component for RN >=0.77.x

Description

selectable property does not work for component on android on old architecture for RN >=0.77.x while same was working on 0.76
on new architecture it still works.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the reproducer app given .
2. Run app on android on old architecture
3. try to copy text. can not select it for copy
