fb-adb shell = tcsetattr(0): Invalid argument

I build fb-adb on linux/amd64 revision b931596ba004348906e707189d3305332b50e406

```sh
$ ./fb-adb shell
fb-adb shell: trouble starting adb stub: fb-adb.8703cf1f99e6dda7228b stub: tcsetattr(0): Invalid argument
```

and no shell, `adb shell` works fine on my machine.
I tryied to connect to nexus 5.
