Is it possible to access Demographics Data of any user's ads??

I want to access the demographics data of any defined keyword like laptop,mobile or shirt.The data is visible in all inactive ads and shows the number of reach.Let Me Know If its possible.

Hi, thanks for using the Ad-Library-API. Demographic data is only available for ads about social issues, elections or politics.

For ads that are about issues, elections or politics, you can also search ads that are inactive (no longer running across Meta Products). Transparency is a priority for us to help prevent interference in elections, so the Ad Library also shows you additional information about these ads, such as who funded the ad, a range of how much they spent, and the reach of the ad across multiple demographics.
