Dynamic styles

SLD styles have hardcoded values. This works well with binary maps, but not with other types where we can't know the range _a priori_, and this is especially problematic when we want to visualize color ramps. We should find ways to allow dynamic definition of styles (e.g. min, max, and n intermediate steps in between).

GeoServer has some support for this (also through plugins)
