Transfer ownership of WS #784
Description
At the moment the user can share the WS with 2 level of permission with other users.
It would be ideal also to give user's the possibility to transfer the ownership of WS itself.
Note: remember that the operation will require also to remap the userresourcespermission from the old owner to the new one.
