Description

This plugin needs to return some endpoints: https://github.com/gematik/api-ti-messenger/blob/main/src/openapi/TiMessengerInformation.yaml

We created some sub-issues to add a description to the api endpoints.

@nikzen According to the mail from TK, this is now a SHOULD requirement, meaning that we do not have to implement it?
