Question: How often do you update StarlingMonkey? #1206

Note: This is a question, not a hurry-up. I do not aim to invoke any feeling of stress or pressure, this is me trying to gain a general understanding of the relationship between the two projects.
I just made my first contribution to StarlingMonkey, adding SPKI format support for ECDSA and RSA keys, which got merged earlier today and released in 0.2.1. The reason for me making that contribution was because we have a need for in in our fastly compute service. We have solid a workaround in place, so the urgency to get it in here is not that high, but would be a nice get non-the-less.
I did look at the closed PRs mentioning StarlingMonkey though and saw it hasn't been updated since back in march (#1145). Is updating it based on need or on a set schedule?
