[Python] Extend S_con corpus + additional language clients

Two parallel tasks — pick one or both:

1. Corpus extension: add domain-specific knowledge
   (science, finance, law) to the S_con evaluation corpus.

2. Language clients: implement S_con computation in
   TypeScript, Go or Rust (Python reference in src/).

Tests must stay green: pytest tests/ 62/62
