Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to assign permissions to someone who has access to the link to a public shared note.

Suppose I'm doing a project with my friends for which we want to track our progress. I don't necessarily want my friends to have to sign up, but I still want them to be able to edit the notes on a link I share.

Perhaps we could set a password for a shared link, and anyone with the password can also edit the note?

Unfortunately what you are asking for is pretty much not doable without a database. I like the idea but it's a security nightmare..
I'll leave this open for a bit to see if people REALLY want it, but please don't keep your hopes up too much on this one.

Don't want to create false expectations, doing this in a safe way it's a maintenance nightmare 😆
