Restrict LLMs.txt to just the default/latest version of docs

Feature Description

If documentation has several versions, the generated <site>/llms.txt file currently includes links to pages from all versions. There's a lot of duplicate content among those versions so I'd like to restrict llms.txt to just the latest and greatest version of our docs.

Use Case

Control which content is exposed via llms.txt.

Proposed Experience (Optional)

Either:

• llms.txt always includes only pages from the default/latest version of docs.

or:

• There's a config option to specify which versions are included in llms.txt.
