Replace sidebar ad with in-content ad #295
Description
- Move one of the sidebar ads to in-content, after the 8th paragraph
- Probably will get better engagement -- test this
- On mobile, hide sidebar ad and show in-content ad, after 4th paragraph
- No one looks at sidebar ads on mobile, because they're in the footer
