Feature: Use IPTC Location metadata fields instead of reverse geocoding addresses

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

For supported image files (Example JPG), when you click on the Info icon and Details view -> GPS, if the image has EXIF latitude and longitude values (GPS coordinates), Files performs a reverse geocoding call to obtain an address.

Many media managers (Windows Photo Gallery, Digikam, GeoSetter, MS Photo Tools) allow users to add IPTC Location information to the Location, City, Province-State, Country fields. If this information is available in the file, Files should use it to build the address.

Do note that this IPTC information can be found in the legacy IPTC-IIM fields, as well as in the newer XMP (legacy) and IPTC Extended (Location Taken) fields. Usage order should be (1) IPTC XMP Location Taken (location the camera was when image taken=GPS coordinates), (2) IPTC XMP Legacy, (3) IPTC IIM

• This proposal will accomplish fewer reverse geocoging calls, imrpovement in performance.
• This proposal will accomplish usage of existing file metadata - "The truth is in the file".
