In addition, there are the following open questions:

• Is it possible to buy tickets in the train if the ticket counter at the station is closed? So far, we have the following information that we should validate:

  FIP-ermäßigte Fahrkarten können nur im Zug gekauft werden, wenn die Abfahrt von einem Bahnhof erfolgt, an dem der Fahrkartenschalter geschlossen und/oder der Automat defekt ist.

• Is the seaside express included in FIP?
• Are the busses from Kretinga to Palanga and from Klaipeda to Curonian Spit included in FIP?
• Can children until the age of 7 travel for free in 1st class as well if they don't need an additional seat? So far, we are only aware of this rule for 2nd class.
