Context
Kitral has multiple fuel models with different attributes that affect fire behavior. Fuel types are grouped into: native trees, tree plantation, shrubs, grass, forestry waste and non burnable. Currently our functions are tested only on a fuel of type "native tree".

Problem
We need to test Kitral functions on different input data to see if they behave correctly across fuel models.

Incorporate unite tests using a fixture with fuel model PL03
