Using GX in a hydra managed project?

My default python project structure is desinged around using poetry and hydra. Thus I allready have a project global configuration file (config.yaml) which I would love to also use for the GX File Data Context.
Is it possible to have something like this:

class Great_Expectations_Example:
    def __init__(self, cfg: DictConfig) -> None:
        context = gx.get_context(cfg.gx)

Or is it a good idea for future versions of GX?
